Synopsis

A city, a neighborhood, a street door. A handful of youngsters - Rachid and his gang - who find shelter on the top floor of the building. Carmen, the neighbor of the third, and Lamp, the street vendor with whom she crosses paths on the stairs. Juan leaning out his window, yelling at everyone who passes below. The old woman who pulls back the curtain, but she never peeks out. Jorge, the neighbor of the first, who goes through the garbage every night. Rafa, the young waiter who, tired of his father and the cows, has emigrated from the village to the city. And Jenny, the woman who crosses the pond to sneak into this story of people who, in the open sea, try to survive the storm.
